RFQ Manager for HR Departments Do you know what skill sets an Individual has? HR departments have the toughest job - on the one hand they need to have the Individuals Best Interest at heart whilst still focussing and addressing the organisations overall goals. The toughest of all requirements is to match a departments recrutiment requirement to internal applicants, especially when an individuals skill set is not recorded beyond the initial joining date. Its an all too common a scenario, where the best intention is go on a training course but deadline/time pressures mean that the training opportunities are postponed (sometimes indefinitely). So how many individuals are actually missing out on formal courses?
