RFQ Manager for HR Departments Do you know what skill sets an Individual has? HR departments have the toughest job - on the one hand they need to have the Individuals Best Interest at heart whilst still focussing and addressing the organisations overall goals. The toughest of all requirements is to match a departments recrutiment requirement to internal applicants, especially when an individuals skill set is not recorded beyond the initial joining date. So how many individuals are actually missing out on formal courses?
