RFQ Manager for Investors in People (IiP)

Investors in People (IiP) is an internationally recognised standard concerned with achieving best practice in the management and development of people to achieve organisational goals, together with a framework for ongoing evaluation and improvement.

The standard is based on four main principles:

Commitment to invest in people to achieve business goals
Planning how individuals and teams are to be developed to achieve these goals
Action taken to meet training and development needs throughout people's employment
Evaluating outcomes of training and development for individuals and the organisation as a basis for continuous improvement

These four key principles are accompanied by indicators, against which organisations produce evidence for assessment of achieving IiP status. In their Audit report, IiP assesors are searching for:

A Development plan for formal training
Documentation and evaluation of training and development activities
A Plan to allign Job descriptions to Job Roles
