As a Customer Support team - our typical day includes the following:

- Answer inbound communications from customers and leads

- Answer questions about our product or services and troubleshoot technical issues via email support.

- Relay customer feedback and escalate bugs

- Work with the development or product team on projects that contribute to the product and customer experience.

Skills and Capabilities

- Hands on experience with lot of blockchain products, exchange platforms, ICOs and technology platforms

- In depth knowledge of Web Design and Development Technologies, Blockchain Explorers, Browser Tools, HTML5 , CSS3, JQuery, Javascript, etc.

- Excellent hands-on experience with popular customer support and ticketing tools Freshdesk, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Kayako, Intercom, etc. If you use any other tool - no worries we are always ready to learn and we learn it real quick!

- We love solving problems and helping people

- We are highly empathetic and are great at communicating complex information in a digestible format to customers at all knowledge levels

- Team of excellent writers and communicators
